Commercial Terms

Status
These terms are prepared for commercial launch but do not authorise live charging while Bastyra displays private-pilot status or the billing gateway remains disabled. The operator must complete tax registration and approve the final consumer and invoicing setup first.
Bastyra subscriptions
The organisation purchases the Bastyra plan shown at checkout. The checkout must identify the plan, billing period, total price, applicable tax treatment, included limits and any trial. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Trial and first charge
Any trial duration and first charge date are shown before confirmation. Unless cancelled before the displayed charge date, the selected paid period begins automatically. No live trial may start until the contracting identity and commercial conditions are complete.
Cancellation
The organisation may cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Unless mandatory law or the checkout says otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. Existing data remains available under the communicated export and retention process.
Refunds and statutory rights
Refunds follow the plan shown at checkout and mandatory law. If the purchaser qualifies as a consumer, applicable pre-contract information, withdrawal, digital-service and refund rights are not waived. Where immediate performance is requested during a withdrawal period, any lawful proportional-payment consequence must be disclosed and expressly accepted before service starts.
Taxes and invoices
The Bastyra operator is responsible for invoices and taxes on Bastyra subscription fees. Each coach is separately responsible for invoices and taxes on coaching sold to athletes. Stripe Tax is only enabled after the liable entity and active registrations are confirmed; Stripe does not create a tax registration by itself.
Failed payments
Stripe may retry failed payments. Bastyra may provide a communicated grace period and then place the organisation in read-only mode. Data is not deleted merely because a payment fails. Access, export and termination remain subject to the retention policy.
Price changes
Bastyra may change future prices with reasonable advance notice. A change does not alter a period already paid. Where mandatory law requires renewed consent, the new price will not apply without it.
